VENUS OCCULTATION MAY 21, 2004: VENUS DISAPPEARED

At about 13:36 on friday the 21th, Venus disappeared behind the Moon, and the event was followed on a live webcast here on astronomy.no.

14:29:20. Venus is still behind the Moon. The Moon can be seen as an thin arc to the left of the middle of the image.

VENUS REAPPEARS
Kl. 14:30:58. The first little bit of the Venus arc reappears from behind the Moon. The image was taken through a small hole in the clouds. Clouds prevented us from getting further images.
